Thirsty Pika Taproom is a modern establishment with a 30-tap self-pour beverage wall including rotating craft beer, hard ciders, wines and cocktails for purchase by the ounce. Located right on the rec path and river crossing bridge with outdoor patio space looking down on the Blue River, and toward Ptarmigan and Tenderfoot Mountains. Thirsty Pika has many NA and kid-friendly options, as well as snacks, food trucks in the parking lot, and BBQ brisket and pulled pork tacos/sandwiches Friday through Sunday. The ideal location sits at the intersection of I-70 and Hwy 6 at the base of Silverthorne's Wildernest neighborhood.
