Meet Trinidad
Trinidad brings several distinct forms of place into one stop. Downtown, the Corazon de Trinidad Historic District holds a documented concentration of Late Victorian commercial architecture, while the Trinidad History Museum property connects East Main Street to buildings, gardens and exhibits interpreting Southern Colorado history.
Outside the historic core, Trinidad Lake State Park opens the day toward boating, fishing, hiking and camping. Fishers Peak gives the area an unmistakable point of reference, with more than 16 miles of hiking and biking trails available from the Fishers Peak Trailhead.
